I have had such a wonderful experience with West Coast Maids!! I was on a hunt for a last minute, same day service, which is hard to find in Barrie. Deanna took my call, before they were even open, listened to my story and my urgent situation. She was funny, kind and so accommodating. She looked into a possible schedule change to help with the urgency; within 15 minutes Dee and Kayla areived ready for the tasks at hand. They were very thorough and detailed in every area of the house. Deanna and I came up with a plan for decluttering, followed by a deep clean. Stress melted away with every room that got completed. I am so glad I selected West coast cleaners in Barrie to clean my basement apartment! The service was excellent, the price was great, and my apartment was left spotless. West coast cleaners went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results of the clean and followed all my requests. I have used several companies in the past, I needed someone last minute and I called west coast maids. Very professional on the phone and accommodating. My husband and I were not home while they were in my house. However any time they had a question I was called which was very re assuring. My husband got home before me and called me to say how clean the house was and that he didn't want to touch anything. I got home and the house was spotless, Im so impressed with the overall look of my house. I will be using west coast maids again as my monthly for my monthly deep clean. I highly recommend west coast maids for anyone who needs a cleaning. Great service from the initial phone call until the day of your clean and after. They give a followup call which no one else does. Only if 6/5 was a option... I initially booked West Coast Maids- Barrie for a post-renovation deep cleaning. Due to a scheduling conflict on my end I needed it moved up a day on short notice. Needless to say, they didn't hesitate to accommodate my needs and fitted me in to their schedule. My dust covered post-renovation home was left in immaculate condition, as if a massive renovation didn't happen. Deanna and John did a phenomenal job and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Their professionalism and quality of work speaks for it's self. Deanna and Mel are life savers they came in and did an amazing job cleaning my house top to bottom and helped me to organize all the rooms and the ladies made my house look like a show home !!!! I cannot say enough positive things about Deanna and her staff. Deanna was super helpful and answered all of my questions. It was my first time using a cleaning service and I needed a deep clean of my house where my elderly parents live. They are unable to maintain the house and I work quite a distance away so coming to clean isn't an option. Natalia showed up on time (a few minutes early in fact) and got right to work. I’ve been a using West Coast Maid services since 4 months now( on the road to becoming a long standing one)! What started out as a move-in clean quickly turned into a month on month maintenance clean. Deanna who owns the service is effortless, understanding and so easy to reach! Deanne and her husband delivered an exceptional cleaning service—truly above and beyond what we expected. Every detail was handled with care, from meticulously cleaning all the appliances, kitchen counters, and sink to spot-washing the walls, leaving everything looking fresh and renewed. The bathroom was spotless, and they didn’t miss a thing—taking care of everything from the baseboards to the floors for a complete top-to-bottom clean. What really stood out was their extra effort in including the foyer and even the stairs to the basement, which was such a thoughtful touch. Arielle did a cleaning of my new apartment, before I moved in. She cleaned the windows that were filthy, to a sparkling clean. She worked with a toothbrush and vacuum to get all the dirt out from the frame of the window 😀😀 She was quick and efficient. All work was done in one day. She also cleaned my walls and floors and my kitchen cabinets. When I called in the phone was answered my questions answered. I then called back and again the phone was answered, and I was able to book Arielle for the next day. Wonderful service. Welcoming owner and staff. Arielle was polite and easy to talk with. I had west coast maids out to my house on February 10, 2019. I had called several services on the 9th for a price including independents and house cleaning companies. West Coast Maids was the only person to get back to me and were out the next day. When I got home my jaw dropped. I had them do a spring clean. I was over the moon when I saw how beautiful the house looked. I could never have done what they did on my own. I would highly recommend them. We did a pre walk through and a post walk through. After 12 months of home improvement projects, I contacted West Coast Maids (Barrie) to arrange a deep clean after reading online reviews. After the walk-through, Deanna assessed that to do the job right, it would take 2 days (so much dust from skim-coating sanding to smooth the popcorn ceilings, ensuite tile demo and reno, plus finishing the basement and more drywall dust). Her honest assessment was appreciated. She recognized the scope of the work ahead and what was required to achieve the results I expected. And Deanna and John delivered!! West Coast Maids responded to me very quickly the same day I had reached out, I particularly liked that they used eco-friendly products. I was able to make an appointment and have the cleaning completed in a very timely manor. It alleviated a lot of stress I had with a busy schedule and a much needed deep clean. Had called a company and booked in the area I live to come do a first deep clean as we are new to the area and they cancelled last minute I was looking quickly for a replacement company for the next day I googled and found WCM The owner answered immediately and went through a quite pretty quickly what was needed even Honoured the other companies cost - and was able to come the next day was more expensive than the other company over all but definitely worth it Victoria was our cleaner and was the best cleaner we have ever had and we have used other companies for years - the owner called and touched based multiple times for feedback which is how a great company should run! Alcona Duct Cleaning received a very kind and professional call from West Coast Maids in Barrie requiring duct cleaning services for one of their clients located in Wasaga Beach. I was impressed at the level of client care and attention that Deanna from WCM’s demonstrated to her client. Decided to start the new year with a clean house, and as a full time student who also works time just isn’t on my side. Anxious to get started I filled out on an online inquiry and promptly received a return call and had an appointment for an initial clean booked right away. As I was unable to be present the cleaners were amazing at communicating and discussing what needed to be done and what they could do throughout the process (even the cats were impressed). Coming home felt like it was a whole new house. The attention to detail is above and beyond. It wasn’t just cleaning around, furniture was moved out of the way, cleaned under and returned leaving nothing missed. They make decision to continue a regular cleaning service with them an easy one to make. I look forward to making 2021 a better, more organized year. Deanna and John did an amazing cleaning of our home before we move in. We purchased our first home in Barrie, and the day we stepped in, the house was terrible, messy, dirty, and smelled unbreathably bad. It's like the people who lived there before us, were there to make the mess only. We called West Coast, and Deanna responded very quickly. After checking the whole house, Deanna was upfront about the amount of work required and how much she will charge for her service. They took two days to do the deep cleaning of the whole house, and they really poured their hearts in it. John did a fantastic job in cleaning dirty carpets, doors and windows. These two people are the game changers. We felt like we're home only after their service was delivered. Deanna and John both made sure that we're satisfied with the cleaning. I hired West Coast Maids to help clean, organize, and get rid of junk after moving in to a new apartment. From the start they were professional, friendly, and so easy to work with. Fantastic experience! They answered the phone right away and were able to book me in the very next day. I needed a 2700 square foot house DEEP CLEANED. As we were getting ready to rent it out again. Deanna and her helper Melissa did an amazing job. Showed up on time. Thoroughly cleaned the whole house. Including windows, blinds, appliances, cupboards ect. Fantastic experience from beginning to end. We hired West Coast Maids to come in and do a deep clean on our home in preparation to list our property. The entire experience from the introductory phone call, to the initial walk through, to the final walk through, was fantastic. Deanna & John were so easy to create a connection with, had such an eye for detail, and were so thorough with their cleaning that our entire home shined by the time they were done. They cleaned areas I hadn't even thought to clean, and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Baseboards, ceiling fans, windows, screens, appliances, floors, walls (grubby little human finger prints lol), toilet rings, all of the things. Everything was just spotless! To make it even better, they are just nice, decent people, which makes this whole experience a win. We cannot say enough.
